This role will suit a Junior Commercial Manager with a professional and proactive manner who has a genuine desire to build and develop commercial skills on projects that will incorporate many work activities.
College / University / High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience in Client Relationship Management.
Experience working in multi-organizational teams.
Excellent knowledge of Google Sheet Products.
Incredible attention to detail to catch errors.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience in contract administration and working within a multi-contract environment.
Ability to follow company policies.
Ability to work independently and part of a team.
To take provide support and report to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial procedures in conjunction with the Commercial Director.
Responsible for supporting completion of the valuation process both with the Clients and supply chain by gathering supporting information.
To actively promote Red Bear’s philosophy and culture.
Support in managing existing client relationships.
Assist in selection of Works Contractors by carrying out comparisons as needed.
Monitor the information flow both to and from Red Bear Tech to ensure that work undertaken by Red Bear Tech and Works Contractors is fully authorized at all times.
Prepare subcontracts / labour only agreements in line with project requirements and budgets
Attend required project & Client meetings
Support in reviewing payment applications / certificates and invoices to instruct accounts to pay subcontractors and suppliers.
Close out retention releases in accordance with contract timelines.
Review monthly cost reports and carry out re-allocation of costs as needed
Complete Monthly reporting including, Job Cost & Value Reports, Project Performance Summary, Risk & Opportunity Review and variance analysis for small projects
Complete weekly staff allocations for projects
Complete weekly cashflow updates incl reforecasting, review of future change, receipts and payments
