As ICT Site Manager, you will create a dynamic and engaging environment, leading your team by example and working closely with your Project Manager and delivery team to ensure outstanding results in delivering ICT-related projects and your assigned package. You will support and mentor your site team, act as the key interface between Red Bear and the client’s onsite team, and help drive the project forward across all stages — from pre-construction to project closeout.
