Stephen is the Chief Executive Officer for Red Bear Tech, a white space specialist service provider specializing in data center and network infrastructure. Drawing on a proven track record across multiple sectors, including new facilities and live environments, he is key to the company’s business strategy. Stephen is passionate about driving exceptional outcomes for clients by managing high-profile, complex data center projects across Europe.
Outside of work, Stephen is a passionate Arsenal Supporter, keen golfer and full time dad to 5. His spare time pursuits, when not watching the football, include travelling, spending time with Friends, continuously working on a life extension plan!
Fergus Clinton

Fergus joined our parent group ASEE Group in 2008 as a project supervisor and relocated to London, where he gained valuable experience in both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines across various sectors.
As Director at Red Bear with over 25 years of experience in the construction sector, Fergus began his apprenticeship with the Irish firm SUIR Engineering in 1998, qualifying as an electrician in 2002. He amassed extensive knowledge in the industrial and commercial sectors during the Celtic Tiger period, working throughout Ireland.
Outside of work, Fergus likes to spend time with his family and loves the great outdoors life. He is a keen sports enthusiast and an avid football supporter

Rudy van der Merwe is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Red Bear Tech, responsible for ensuring the business runs smoothly and consistently as it scales across Europe. Working largely behind the scenes, Rudy focuses on operational structure, performance, and aligning teams, processes, and priorities to support reliable delivery across the organisation.
Outside of work, Rudy enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and you’ll often find him on the golf course when he gets the chance.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys motorsport, theatre and concerts with family and friends, and is a loyal Raith Rovers supporter.
Dean Chisholm

Dean has gained vast leadership experience within the ICT and Security Integration sectors, having overseen regional growth, acquisition transitions and operational transformation across Western Europe. He is dedicated to strengthening organisational alignment, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting sustainable growth at Red Bear.
Outside of work, he usually off travelling somewhere new, checking out great food and wine and trying to time at least one trip a year around an F1 race.

Glenn Arthur

Glenn began his career managing accounts for a leading session musician agency before moving into finance within the security systems industry. He later helped one of the UK’s largest security integrators expand across Europe, earning his CIMA qualification along the way.
At Red Bear, Glenn brings deep financial insight and operational experience, focusing on collaboration and efficiency to support sustainable growth.
Outside of work, Glenn is a West Ham season ticket holder who enjoys football, guitar, travel, gigs and theatre.
