This Privacy Statement applies to the processing of personal data by Red Bear Tech when you make use of our services, visit our website, contact us via email, phone, at an event or other offline method, or engage with Red Bear in another fashion. When you purchase our services we may process the following personal data provided to us by you: First and last name, job title, name and address of the organization you work for, (business) email address, (mobile) phone number, bank details of the organization you work for, details about the services purchased or to be purchased, contracts regarding the services purchased or to be purchased, biometric data to facilitate access control of our locations, license plate of your vehicle for access to the grounds, CCTV camera footage during visits, and any other data you potentially provide to us.

  • Employees

Our processing of the personal data of new hires, (former) members of staff and employees is set out in a separate internal privacy policy.

  • Job applicants

 We process the personal data of individuals who apply for a job with us to facilitate the recruitment process. This may include the following personal data provided to us by you: First and last name, contact details (e.g., email address, phone number, and address), Curriculum Vitae (CV) or résumé, cover letter or motivation letter, details about your education, qualifications, work experience, and professional skills, references and their contact details (if provided), any additional information you voluntarily provide during the application process (such as certifications, portfolios, or preferences regarding the role), and notes taken during interviews or assessments conducted as part of the recruitment process.

  • Visitors

We may process the following personal data provided to us by visitors to our offices: First and last name, name of the organisation you work for, (mobile) phone number, data and time you visit our office,

We will also automatically process the following data: CCTV footage of your visit to our location.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

We only process personal data if there is a legal basis to do so.

Website visitors

The data collected and processed by us during your visit to our website is based on the legitimate interests of our company (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to operate and improve our website.

People Contacting Us

The legal basis for the processing of data when contacting Red Bear Tech or utilizing the contact form is the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or the legitimate interests pursued by our company (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We process this data to respond to your inquiries and manage communications.

We employ the processing of personal data from the contact form solely for contacting you, answering your question, or dealing with your complaints.

Customers

The legal basis for the processing of our customer’s personal data is our contractual relationship with the customer and the preparations thereto (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). This data is processed to provide you with our services and/or products, sending you newsletters or invitations to events, sending invoices and processing your payment, complying with our administrative obligations, adjusting the execution of our services to your needs, making promotional offers for services. This data is processed to deliver our services, manage payments, and fulfill contractual obligations.

Visitors

The legal basis for the processing of our visitor’s personal data is the legitimate interest that our company has in maintaining confidentiality and a safe and secure environment (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

RETENTION PERIODS

We retain processed personal data no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We only retain data longer when this is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, rules, and requests of relevant law enforcement and/or governmental agencies or to protect our rights, property or safety. 

WHERE IS YOUR DATA STORED

Your personal data is stored on Red Bear Tech’s servers at the operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This means that your data may be remotely accessible to representatives of Red Bear Tech and may be transferred to a non-EU country in which this representative operates.

Your data may be made available to suppliers, service providers and partners with whom Red Bear Tech cooperates, to the extent required to provide services to clients, maintain business contacts, pursue marketing activities, and manage the operations of Red Bear Tech.
